of Use

These terms of use govern access to and use of the France-EcoScan website, an independent platform for visualising and expertly reading public economic data, published by Visionary Edition, a sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle; SIREN 893 581 793, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France).

Access to the observatory is open for consultation once a verified account has been created. Public analyses are open to every visitor; some in-depth analyses require an account. Premium studies are served as a free preview to every visitor, and in full only to the holder of a recorded purchase of the edition concerned, under the conditions of the terms of sale; the page of each study shows whether sales are open.

The publisher may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service for technical, maintenance, security or compliance reasons.

Some content is subject to access control according to the user’s role and, for a premium study, according to whether a purchase of the requested edition, or a specific right, has been recorded. Refusal is the default rule: paid content is never served to a browser that is not entitled to it.

Access, sensitive events and technical checks may be logged for security, integrity and internal traceability purposes.

The interfaces, models, reports, summaries, animations, texts and visual processing are protected. Institutional data remain those of the bodies that produce them (INSEE, Banque de France, Eurostat, etc.), but their presentation and the analysis tools are the exclusive creation of the publisher.

Any substantial extraction, mass re-use, automated scraping or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.
